THIS SUNDAY – QUINN’S BAPTISM

We’re also looking forward to baptising Quinn this Sunday in our service at 10.45am!We will be blessed richly by lots of baptism family guests so please come early for a seat and please sit together in such a way that there is as much space as possible in our rows.

NEXT SATURDAY - MEN’S BREAKFAST

NEXT SUNDAY - THE BLANKET BOX

On Sunday 19th October, we're launching our Blanket Box again!

With the cost of heating our homes still high and the stress of paying bills a clear and present reality, a warm blanket can make the world of difference!

Please either:

  • donate new, nearly new, or well-loved, clean blankets if you can
  • pick up a nice warm blanket if you need one for free!
  • To donate, please drop by St Martin’s from 9am-4pm on weekdays and 9am-1pm at weekends at Upper College Ride, Camberley, GU15 4DW. Charity Number: 1203087.

NEXT SUNDAY - WINTER COAT RAIL

On Sunday 19th October, we're also launching our Winter Coat Rail again!

We’re aiming to ensure that everyone has a warm coat on their back and is kept warm this Winter:

  • To donate, please drop by St Martin’s from 9am-4pm on weekdays and 9am-1pm at weekends at Upper College Ride, Camberley, GU15 4DW. Charity Number: 1203087.
  • Help yourself to a free coat from our Winter Coat Rail if you need one. Coats in a variety of sizes for children and adults will soon be available again throughout the week.

COMING SOON – LIGHTING A CANDLE FOR A LOVED ONE

On Friday 31st October from 7.30pm-8pm, come and light a candle for a loved one with us.

COMING SOON – REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY

On Sunday 9th November at 10.45am, come and remember with us all those who gave their lives so that we can live in peace.

KNITTING OR CROCHETING POPPIES

We're creating a Poppy Display for Remembrance Sunday on Sunday 10th November made by our community in honour of those who have given their lives on our behalf.

If you would like to knit or crochet some poppies for our poppy display, particularly white poppies, then please try and get the poppies to us by Sunday 2nd November so that we can make the display. Thank you very much indeed.

Come and join us at our Free Saturday Café from 10-11.30am where you can enjoy:

  • Delicious fresh fruit and yoghurts
  • Tasty toast and spreads
  • Great coffee, tea, hot chocolate, chocolate mountains, and biscuits
  • Free essentials to take home such as bread (& pastries!)
  • Great company.

Come and join us for our Service for Everyone at 10.45am! It's informal, relaxed, you’re very welcome indeed, and you’ll find an awesome kids’ group, great songs, an inspiring talk, and prayers from the heart.

Our service is also a great opportunity to meet old friends & make new friends, help each other & our community, and learn about God’s amazing love for you! So, come and join us – you’re very welcome and we’d really love to see you!

COMING SOON

NEURODIVERSE SUPPORT GROUP

On Monday 20th October from 10-11.30am, come and unwind with fellow parents and carers for a cuppa and a chat with others who really get what you’re dealing with. You’re more than welcome as always. The next evening session is on Monday 27th October from 7.30-9pm.

FREE FOOD, FUN AND FRIENDSHIP FOR ALL SENIORS

Come and join us for Outlook – our free, fun group for Seniors on Wednesday 5th November from 2-4pm! With a lovely afternoon tea and a fun activity in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, it’s a real treat that’s not to be missed and loved by all! Come and join us!

PRAYER AND PRAISE EVENING

Following six very wonderful Prayer and Praise evenings, here are the dates of our next events is from 7.30pm-9pm:

  • 12th November
  • 10th December

THE ALZHEIMER’S CAFÉ

On Monday 17th November from 6.30pm-8.30pm, come and enjoy a free, delicious meal and enjoy building friendships with others who understand what you’re going through with this very cruel disease. Everyone is welcome!

CAR PARKING

In addition to our car park, you may park at St Peter & St John Church in Caesar’s Camp Road as well as The Beacon Church in Berkshire Road.

We have been blessed enormously because we have been granted permission to park at the nearby Catholic Church in Caesar's Camp Road and the nearby Beacon Church in Berkshire Road.

I'm sure you understand that we need to prioritise spaces for people who are unable to walk to church. Therefore, wherever possible, (especially on Wednesdays and Sundays) please may I ask you to either walk to church, or park your car at the Catholic or Beacon churches?
